Since Gifts for Professionals has retail operations, there may be times when our sales staff is assisting customers in our store during the regular operating hours. If you get our recording during operating hours, please simply leave your message and our staff will respond as quickly as possible.
Gifts for Professionals closes at 12:00 noon on the eve of the following holidays and remains closed throughout the holiday: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. There may be slight variations to this schedule. During the summer months, operations may also alter slightly.

In stock gifts generally ship within 1-2 business days. Personalized gifts or those with a logo imprint will be delayed. Plain text engraving gifts usually ship within 3-4 days. Logo items average 7-10 days. Understand this is the processing time before we ship it and not the # of days it will arrive at your shipping address. Rush service is available for an additional fee or for waiving any volume discounts. Please note that many of our suppliers can restock us within 24 hours, so if an item is out of stock, please inquire how quickly we can resupply to meet your requirements.

Most gifts we offer are in stock. However, there may be a gift item of interest to you that is not in stock. Or we may only have a few units when you require dozens or hundreds. Many of our suppliers can restock us within 1-2 days, so please inquire with customer service and do not let an out of stock status disqualify the gift you really want the most. However, there are a few types of products that do take approximately 3 weeks to restock. These are limited to our PEWTER EMBLEM gifts.
Gifts for Professionals offers volume discounts for customers purchasing a large number of units. This volume needed to order varies by product, material, and the manufacturer from whom it is purchased. To request a volume discount price on an item, please fill out the Quantity Discount Quote Form. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for a reply. If you need the quote rushed, please contact the new order line by phone for faster assistance during business hours.
Quantity Purchasing at the Holidays
Customers wanting to make quantity purchases during the peak holiday season are strongly advised to place these orders before November 15. Gifts for Professionals can offer better quantity pricing during these periods and can assure a suitable delivery time. Orders being made after December 15 of quantity purchases that are personalized will incur a rush fee and may not be eligible for quantity discounts.
We are pleased to offer a 30 day return policy. There are some restrictions for personalized gifts. Please read our entire Policy on Returns and inquire with customer service if you have any questions. By placing an order with us, you agree to our terms.
Examine Your Products Carefully
All packages received must be examined carefully and any problems or breakage must be reported within 7 days of your package being received in order for Gifts for Professionals to work with the carrier who ships it to correct. Also, a ten day period will be enforced for the reporting of all personalized, engraved, foil stamped and debossed items if deemed unacceptable. If you have worked directly with a sales representative, please contact that representative directly to discuss your concerns. If Gifts for Professionals has not been contacted within a 10 day period, these items will be considered satisfactorily accepted by the customer.

Logo Art Requirements
Artwork for logo imprinting and engraving must be submitted in a certain format. Please read our complete Artwork Requirements and let us know if you have any questions. The amount of time to process and ship your gift order with logo engraving does not begin until we've received your artwork. So if you order today and need your item in 14 days but take 10 days to send us the logo, then our processing time begins at the moment we receive the artwork.
Gift Boxes Gifts for Professionals regrets that we do not offer gift wrapping but can try to include gift boxes if requested at the time of order. Please note: gift boxes may not be available for all items.
