Beautiful jade crystal piece that adds a touch of class to any desktop. One line of text is $15.00 and an additional line of text is $20.00 for text only. Two line maximum on the executive nameplate. Logos incur an additional $100 set-up charge and must be submitted in eps format with no screens in black and white and a tiff format as well. If ordering via online and would like a logo included, please note in the comment section and a customer representative will contact you once the order is placed. If just desiring text, please limit your text to a name on the first line and enter into the personalization field - if adding a second line, the additional charge will be made.
